CTMH Bookmark Album

I have been a horrible blogger of recent  and I apologize! We were supposed to move up to Washing (Seattle area) because my husband got a job up there that was supposed to start today after the place he worked at closed. We packed everything up and sold anything that wouldn't fit in our little Uhaul, even our couch. We had a horrible time trying to find a place to live since we only had one income. Then he got a call from Consumer Cellular and they wanted him to work there as a supervisor-he didn't even apply there- soooo we are staying! I had to unpack and get back to normal. We are excited we are not moving and my husband has a job now, well soon-it starts September 10.

Anyway, I'm back and have done some projects. This first one is a Bookmark Album that I stuffed so many paper layers in, it won't shut and I had to use bigger rings :)

I will list all the ingredients at the end of this post...

I was hoping that the BOO would show up on the front, but I have to find an alternative way to close it because I stuffed it full of paper and embellishments:

My goal is to add last years Halloween pics into this album. Stryder and I were at the Mayo clinic for Halloween last year so I have lots of him, but none of Kasiah. This year we will be in Baltimore so I won't have any of Kasiah this year too. But I do have a great sister in law that took lots of pics and will be sending them to me.
I used liquid glass over the "2011" to make it seem more like glass in a frame.

I love the Artiste cartridge! I used it all through the book.

This flower was also made using the artiste cartridge- I love the dimension but thought it was the reason my book was not closing so I took it out for a check and it still didn't close so I put it back.

This bow is my new favorite on the cartridge- I heart it so much!

I used a stamp to make the ribbon match- I then sewed it down the middle for some dimension. I used the stamp ribbon on the tag too, so it sticks out and gives it a great look while matching perfectly.

I took some of the scraps and sewed them all together for the last page; it turned out to be one of my favorite pages.

I hope you liked my book - please leave a comment if it inspired you and I would love to see what your bookmark album looks like!

great album....love all the pics of the pages.
glad I clicked on your blog from the consultant board. The one picture there, doesn't do this album justice.
